CityNews and Mirvish Productions are proud to present a special discount for the limited engagement of RAIN - A Tribute to The Beatles On Broadway.

"The immensely popular and acclaimed tribute concert to the Beatles is soon to be a Broadway show! RAIN - A Tribute to The Beatles On Broadway has just announced it will play a limited 11-week engagement this fall at the Neil Simon Theatre in New York (beginning October 19, 2010). The show has been touring the world and delighting audiences for many years, and soon Broadway crowds will be able to marvel at the impeccable musicianship and unique theatricality of RAIN.  In fact, RAIN will be specially prepared for Broadway, with enhanced settings, visuals, lighting and sound, taking the experience to an even higher level.

But before RAIN goes to the Great White Way, it will have a special engagement in Toronto. RAIN will play a limited pre-Broadway engagement, July 10 - August 1, 2010 at the Canon Theatre.  As “the next best thing to seeing The Beatles!” (Denver Post), RAIN performs the full range of The Beatles' discography live onstage, including the most complex and challenging songs that The Beatles themselves recorded in the studio but never performed for an audience. From the early days of their appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show in 1964 through Sgt. Pepper and on to the Abbey Road years, RAIN performs it all.  This multi-media concert recaptures the era through all phases of The Beatles astounding musical career including Shea Stadium, the psychedelic late 60s and The Beatles long-haired hippie, hard-rocking rooftop days. A fusion of historical footage and hilarious television commercials lights up video screens and live cameras zoom in for close-ups."
